Am castigat un proces impotriva politiei rutiere prin care s-a anulat partial un PV. 

Totusi, eu platisem amenda respectiva. 

 

Imi e aproape imposibil sa ajung la Judecatorie pentru a obtine viza de hotarare definitiva si irevocabila. Pot primi de la Politie o adeverinta care sa arate ca acel PV a fost anulat cu care sa ma prezint la Circa Financiara?
