Buna ziua, conducerea unui autovehicul pe drum public neomologat pe 2 roti a carui capacitate cilindrica depaseste 50cc dar viteza maxima a acestuia nu depaseste 25km/h fara permis de conducere este legala?
*Acel autovehicul fiind o "motoreta" facuta acasa

Nu este legala. Savarsesti mai multe infractiuni, intre care conducere fara permis si punere in circulatie a unui autovehicul neinmatriculat in circulatie.
