Buna ziua,

 

In situatia in care as dori sa vand un scuter fara acte, adus din afara, pot avea probleme in situatia in care cumparatorul e prins, pe drumul public, de catre politie?

Spune, plange cineva dupa acest scuter? Cum ai ajuns sa detii un scuter fara acte? L-ai primit cadou de la Mosu'?

Pentru a circula pe drumurile publice, un scuter trebuie sa fie inmatriculat sau inregistrat, in functie de capacitatea cilindrica si puterea motorului.
