Da! Categoria AM = mopede (scutere)

Daca mopedul are capacitatea cilindrica mai mare de 50 cmc, atunci iti trebuie permis pentru categoria A1.

Vă salut! Vreau să-mi cumpăr un scuter, dețin permis de conducere categoriile B, B1 si AM. M-am interesat pe internet legat de acte si forme ai am gasit : cu AM pot conduce scuter de maxim 49cm cubi si maxim 4 kw. Scuterul pe care vreau sa mi-l cumpar, in cartea lui scrie la capacitate motor 50cm cubi si 2.52kw. intrebarea mea este daca il pot conduce cu AM din cauza faptului ca este trecut 50 in loc de 49. Va multumesc frumos!
