Buna ziua..am cumparat un apartament de la o doamna iar aceasta avea o femeie in chirie..dupa cum spune ea nu are nici un fel de contract inregistrat de inchiriere..are decat ceva scris de mana facut de ele..ce as putea sa fac in situatia asta avand in vedere ca doamnei iam achitat apartamentul iar doamna cu chirie nu vrea sa iasa din casa sa ma pot muta..va rog frumos am nevoie de un raspuns urgent

Actiune în instantă pentru evacuarea chiriasului.

Evacuarea chiriaşului se face în baza unei hotărâri judecătoreşti de către un executor judecătoresc.
