Conducere in afara tarii - vechime sub 1 an

Buna ziua. Urmeaza sa plec in afara tarii de sarbatori. Permisul il am de mai putin de 1 an si va trebuii sa conduc in Ungaria si Austria. Este vreo restrictie privind acest lucru? Trebuie sa folosesc semnele de incepator si in afara tarii( nu am vazut niciodata semne cand am fost in aceste tari)? Limita de viteza este mai mica cu 20km/h in afara localitatilor cum e la noi in tara? Multumesc anticipat!
