Tractorul agricol trebuie obligatoriu inmatriculat?

Buna ziua, pun o intrebare care poate parea prosteasca cuiva, dar imi trebuie o clarificare legala, va rog. Am intentia sa import un tractor din China, impreuna cu ceva accesorii agricole. In conditiile in care acest tractor nu va merge NICIODATA pe drumurile publice, este necesara inmatricularea lui? Multumesc anticipat celor care vor avea amabilitatea sa citeasca acest mesaj si eventual sa si raspunda la obiect.
