Booking a holiday in Mamaia- Meridian Complex for UK officer

Hey guys! My partner and I have recently joined the Uk Police Force and we were wondering if we could book a holiday at the Meridian Complex in Mamaia for next summer maybe. If possible, how would we have to go about making the reservation? Kind regards, Maria.

Hi Maria,

Are you guys IPA members? The Romanian site is being currently redeveloped so I cannot log in to see if they have any reciprocal deals but, you should inquire with the UK branch. That hotel is owned by Ministry of Interior Affairs (the ministry responsible for police among other things) and is for the sole use of local police/ministry employees on a first in best dressed basis, and can only be booked through the Romanian Police Inspectorate/Ministry.  Maybe your union or IPA can approach them for some type of exchange/cooperation.  I am not aware of any being in existence at present.  Alternatively you can look at other hotels - happy to recommend some if you wish.  Good luck.
