Dreptul de a conduce mopede (intre 25-45 km/h)

Bună ziua,

aş avea două întrebări punctuale referitor la dreptul de a conduce mopede (scutere electrice) cu viteza max. 45 km/h.

1) Mopedele pot fi conduse de către şoferi care au permis categoria B, sau e nevoie explicit de categoria AM sau A?

2) Dacă un şofer deţine permis de conducere însă acesta este suspendat, are dreptul să conducă un moped?

Cu B poate conduce moped, dar daca ii este suspendat permisul, nu poate conduce deoarece comite o infractiune de conducere auto fara PC
