Inmatriculare motocicleta din alt judet

Buna ziua. Sunt din judetul Bihor  si intentionez sa cumpar o motocicleta din Satul Mare care este inmatriculata pe persoana fizica.Probabil luni ma voi intalni cu vanzatorul, iar rugamintea mea catre dumneavoastra este sa -mi spuneti : pasii care tyrebuie sa-i urmez pt a o cumpara si inmatricula pe numele meu in judetul Bihor.
