    O persoana a depus plangere prealabila pentru furt intre rude art. 210 iar apoi si-a retras-o. Mai tarziu s-a razgandit si a depus din nou o plangere prealabila prin care sesizeaza aceleasi aspecte ca si in prima plangere, doar ca a depus-o din nou dupa termenul de 60 zile, fiind tardiv introdusa. Ce solutie se impune in acest caz? Se poate depune plangere prealabila pentru aceeasi fapta dupa ce anterior ai mai depus o plangere pe care ai retras-o? Te poti razgandi de cate ori vrei in termenul de 60 zile ?
