    Buna ziua, Vreau sa fac o fapta buna sau o fapta rea, nici nu stiu cum sa o cataloghez: Am un vecin (dusman), care de pe la ora 22:00 pana pe la 00:00 bea pana aproape sa nu se mai ridice de la masa, si incepe sa injure pe toata lumea, inclusiv pe mine (fara nici un motiv intemeiat).In dimineata urmatoare, in jur de ora 08:00-09:00, pleaca cu masina la munca, si asta se repeta aproape zilnic. Intrebarea mea este:daca eu sesizez organele in drept cum ca el ar conduce un autovehicul sub influenta bauturilor alcoolice si este supus testului, exista sanse mari ca sa el sa mai aiba alcoolemie in sange? Nu vreau sa ii fac neaparat un rau(desi el mi-a facut si imi face in continuare), dar daca el are alcoolemie in sange sigur nu mai este 100% lucid, si poate oricand sa produca un accident. Va multumesc! P.S. Nu veniti cu sfaturi sa vorbesc cu el, sa il sfatuiesc ce e bine si ce este rau, ca nu ai cu cine...
