    Va salut cu deosebit respect, v-as fi foarte recunoscator daca m-ati putea ajuta/indruma cu un sfat, o parere despre o problema juridica. Mi-a fost retinut permisul auto pt conducere sub influenta substantelor, mai exact THC, pe care eu fumasem in urma cu vreo 6 zile inainte sa mi se recolteze probe biologice. exista vreun soi de test din care sa se determine perioada de cand aveam prezenta substanta activa thc din marijuana? ce sanse am ca procurorul sa claseze dosarul? dar sa castig in instanta in cazul in care se ajunge acolo? desigur ca am dovada fara drept de circulatie, pot obtine permisul pe perioada cercetarilor printr-o anumita procedura juridica? va multumesc pt amabilitatea de a-mi raspunde.
