    Buna ziua. As dori sa stiu cum se calculeaza zilele libere la care are dreptul un politist intr-o luna ,daca in respectiva luna are X zile de CM(de ex 4). Va multumesc .Cu respect.

    Sunt in concediu de odihna pana pe 2 februarie, in timpul concediului de odihna a aparut o problema medicala la picior care necesita repaus la pat si este foarte probabil sa depasesc data de 2 februarie cu tot cu recuperare. Eu sunt in judetul A, acasa dar lucrez in judetul C. Cum se procedeaza in acest caz? Problema medicala a fost constatata la Urgenta. Am inteles ca am dreptul sa-mi iau Concediu Medical si sa continui dupa, concediul de odihna, nu ma intereseaza neaparat aces aspect ci sa pot beneficia de concediul medical dupa ce se termina concediul de odihna macar fara a fi nevoit sa ma deplasez in judetul care lucrez pentru ca nu prea pot.
