    Agresiune fizică - violenţă

    Bună ziua ! Nu în urmă cu mult timp, am fost urmărit şi agresat de o persoană de 18 ani pe care nu o cunosc. Acesta m-a ameninţat şi în urmă cu câteva zile s-o las pe prietena mea, pe motiv că el încă mai ţine la mine . În fine, într-o zi am ieşit liniştit pe stradă, m-a urmărit iar când m-am aşezat în grădina publică pe o bancă, a venit la mine, m-a ameninţat şi mi-a aplicat un pumn în zona tâmplei şi un genunchi în gură . Am fost transportat de urgenţă la spital ( diagnostic: fractură de mandibulă ) . Am fost externat după 4 zile de spitalizare, am fost la poliţie, am făcut declaraţie, tot. Am primit şi 4 săptămâni de îngrijiri la domiciliu. Cum ar trebui să procedez în continuare şi ce pretenţii pot avea de la acel individ ? Mulţumesc !
