    La achizitionarea unei masini din Germania, din punct de vedere al actelor trebuie sa aveti: Brief-ul mare (este cartea de identitate) numit in germana: Fahrzeugbrief Brief-ul mic (este talonul masinii) numit in germana: Fahrzeugschein Actul de vanzare-cumparare numit in germana: Kaufvertrag. (acesta poate avea diverse forme, poate fi individualizat, etc) Asigurarea - numita in germana: Versicherungskarte Numerele de tzol (cu inscriptia valabilitatii) sau In cazul numerelor de tzol (tranzit) pt 5 zile, trebuie sa aveti in plus:Talon de circulatie provizorie numit in germana: Fahrzeugschein, acesta trebuie sa fie pe numele dvs (al cumparatorului). In cazul in care masina are TUV (ITP) valabil si se obtin numere cu valabilitate mai mare, trebuie sa aveti in plus: [*]Brief-ul mic- modelul nou (talonul de export al masinii), numit in germana: Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I, pe numele noului proprietar; [*]Brif mare - modelul nou (carte de identitate noua), numit in germana Zulassungsbescheiningung Teil II, tot pe numele noului proprietar.
