Avand in vedere situatia in care se afla unele procese initiate de catre organizatiile teritoriale ale CNP, ca urmare a contestarii de catre M.A.I. a dreptului la actiune al CT, pe motiv ca nu are personalitate juridica, B.E.C. va comunica urmatoarelei:
