Tot aud in presa de cauciucuri de iarna cu certificat? Intrebarea este simpla eu daca le am achizitionat in 2010 si sunt in stare exceptionala , sunt Michelin Aplin, ce certificat, in lege nu scrie nimic doar ca trebuie sa fie respectate niste criterii de achizitie, atat.
