Bună ziua

Am primit o amenda din Germania la vama pentru vinieta masina fiind inscrisa pe numele meu cu numere de Germania sau Austria 

Menționez ca eu nam ieșit din tara de mulți ani ...cum este posibil și ce as putea face în situația asta?
