Radierea unui auto din Suedia

Poate sa.mi spună cineva cum pot intra in posesia actului Del2 a unei masini adusa din Suedia? Am fost la RAR cu masina si mi s.a blocat din motiv k nu este radiată din Suedia. Adică nu am Del2.

Să-ţi spunem noi cum poţi tu intra în posesia unui document eliberat de autorităţile ţării de unde a fost importată maşina, asta ne întrebi?
